Visas
General (for all types of visa)
1. Visa application form (download here) filled in block letter and signed by applicant
2. Photo (35 x 45 mm.; white background)
3. Passport (must have at least two free pages and be valid at least 90 days more than depature date from the Republic of Belarus)
4. Medical insurance (requirements here)
5. Flight booking
Student visa (additional)
a. Original invitation letter from the university/institution (sample)
b. Medical certificate with negative HIV result (at first must be legalized by the Nigerian ministry of foreign affairs)
c. Birth certificate (at first must be legalized by the Nigerian ministry of foreign affairs)
d. Document, confirm your education (must be legalized in Nigerian ministry of foreign affairs)
e. Official letter from Nigerian ministry of education, confirms your education level (at first must be legalized by the Nigerian ministry of foreign affairs)
f. Sponsorship letter and/or bank statement, confirms necessary financial resources
ATTENTION: Paragraphs 19 and 20 of the application form should be filled out completely. Address of inviting organization is the exact address of the University. Address of stay in Belarus is the exact address of Students` hostel. If You don`t know the addresses You have to contact the University.
Business visa (additional)
a. Original invitation from Belarusian company/firm
b. Police certificate
c. Official letter from organization, confirms workplace and position
d. Personal or company bank statement (for the half year period)
Tourist visa (additional)
a. Original invitation from Belarusian any touristic firm
b. Signed contract between applicant and Belarusian touristic firm (should include program of visit)
c. Hotel booking (for the whole period of travel)

Private visa (additional)
a. Marriage certificate or birth certificate or residence permit or original invitation from the Republic of Belarus
