Ambassador V.Bril met the Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority

On March 28, 2022, the Ambassador of Belarus to Nigeria V. Bril met the Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority Prince Paul Ikonne.

This Authority reports directly to the Presidency. The main tasks of the National Authority are the development of agricultural land in rural areas through the establishment of Integrated Farm Estates, initiating various programs to empower the youth in agriculture.

During the meeting, the Belarusian side made a presentation of the export potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. The sides also discussed specific projects in the field of agricultural mechanization in Nigeria, as well as for the preparation of land for agricultural production.
