About the meetings of Ambassador V.Bril at the ministries of Cameroon

On February 23, 2022, the Ambassador of Belarus to Nigeria with concurrent accreditation to Cameroon V.Bril met the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Cameroon Gabriel Mbairobe.

During the meeting, the Belarusian side made a presentation of the export potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. The sides discussed issues of expanding bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture. In addition, the Ambassador of Belarus extended an invitation to G.Mbairobe to visit the 32nd International Specialized Exhibition Belagro-2022 (Minsk, June 2022).

The Ambassador also met the Minister of Public Health of Cameroon Malachie Manaouda.

At the meeting, the sides discussed the prospects for expanding cooperation between Belarus and Cameroon in the field of healthcare. It was agreed that in the near future the Cameroonian side and the Honorary Consul of Belarus in Cameroon I.Kolesnikov would exchange concrete proposals on developing cooperation in this area.

In addition, the Ambassador met the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries of Cameroon Dr. Taiga.

During the meeting, the issues of cooperation between the two countries in the livestock sector were discussed. The Belarusian side extended an invitation to Dr. Taiga to visit the 32nd International Specialized Exhibition Belagro-2022 (Minsk, June 2022).
