Political cooperation

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire were established on September 30, 1998.

In 2010, 2011, 2012 the Belarusian delegations headed by the Assistant to the President for Special Commissions V. Sheiman visited Côte d'Ivoire.

On April 20, 2021 the Ambassador of Belarus to Nigeria and concurrently to the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire Vyacheslav Bril presented copies of his Credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Côte d’Ivoire К.К. Camara.
