Consular Service Procedures

Please note! The consular service of the Embassy will be closed from June 15 to July 20, 2026 due to technical reasons.

Foreign nationals must submit their visa applications in person at the Embassy.

Consular appointments are available by prior appointment only: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Appointments can be made by calling the Embassy Secretary’s work mobile number (+234-908-793-75-80  WhatsApp, Viber, the time difference with Belarus is -2 hours.): Tuesday, Thursday, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Document issuance: Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Lunch break: 1:00 p.m.–1:45 p.m.

Consular fees must be paid during the consular appointment in cash in euros or by bank transfer to the Embassy’s account at UBA Bank.
Processing of an application for an entry visa (within 5 working days) – 60 euros.
Urgent processing of a visa application (within 2 working days) – 120 euros.
Legalization of an official document – 50 euros.
