Consular Service Procedures

Foreign nationals must submit their visa applications in person at the Embassy.

Applicants may schedule a consular appointment by calling (without using the Internet) the Embassy secretary’s work cell phone number at +234-908-793-75-80 (for other consular matters, you may use WhatsApp or Viber; the time difference from Belarus is –2 hours): Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Consular interview is available by prior appointment only: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Document issuance: Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Lunch break: 1:00 p.m.–1:45 p.m.

Consular fees must be paid during the consular appointment in cash in euros or by bank transfer to the Embassy’s account at UBA Bank.
Processing of an application for an entry visa (within 5 working days) – 60 euros.
Urgent processing of a visa application (within 2 working days) – 120 euros.
Legalization of an official document – 50 euros.
