“Belgosstrakh” online-insurance

The Belarusian Republican Unitary Insurance Enterprise “Belgosstrakh” has simplified the procedure for concluding compulsory health insurance contracts by introducing an online sale system.

From June 10, 2019, a foreign citizen who intends to visit the Republic of Belarus has the opportunity to conclude a contract of compulsory health insurance (CHI) before the trip begins through the service (http://my.bgs.by/UserCabinet/UCBNLogin.aspx), posted on the official website of the Belarusian insurance company “Belgosstrakh” (www.bgs.by). After the insurance premium has been paid, the policyholder will receive to the email address, specified during registration, a notice of the conclusion of the insurance contract.

On each notification of the conclusion of the CHI contract there is a QR-code, that contains information about the name of the insurance organization, type of insurance, full name of the insured person, the number and duration of the insurance contract. Thus, when reading this code, it is possible to obtain reliable information about the CHI contract.

Eximgarant of Belarus Online-Insurance

In December 2019 the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Beleximgarant” implemented the possibility of concluding in electronic mandatory medical insurance  for foreign citizens and stateless persons, temporarily staying or temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus (beg.by/en/online-insurance/).
