The Embassy takes part in the celebration of World Children's Day

On November 22, 2025, in Abuja, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus, at the invitation of representatives of the International Community School, took part in the celebration of World Children's Day.

The event was a special opportunity for students to show their creativity and skills, and celebrate the rich cultural diversity of various countries, including the Republic of Belarus.

The students representing Belarus prepared a dance, sewed national costumes, and decorated a stand with a Belarusian towel, souvenirs, and symbols of the Republic of Belarus.

The participants of the festival had the opportunity to taste traditional Belarusian dishes: draniki, baked potatoes, homemade sausages, buckwheat and jelly.

The guests were particularly interested in the Belarusian culture due to the bright costumes, fragrant cuisine and warm atmosphere.

The celebration of World Children's Day became an unforgettable event that united the school and allowed everyone to feel like a part of a large and friendly international community.
