About the meetings of Ambassador V.Bril at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire

On June 21, 2022, the Ambassador of Belarus to Nigeria with concurrent accreditation to Côte d'Ivoire V.Bril met the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Côte d'Ivoire Kapeletien Soro.

During the meeting the sides discussed the state and prospects for bilateral cooperation. The Ivorian side informed that the draft memorandum on establishment of political consultations mechanism between the ministries of foreign affairs of the two countries, which is under its consideration, is at the final stage of approval. The sides also agreed on further mutual support within international organizations.

In addition, Ambassador V. Bril met the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire Faman Touré.

The sides discussed possibilities of mutual visits of business circles of Belarus and Côte d'Ivoire, as well as the planned signing of the agreement on cooperation between the chambers of commerce and industry of both countries.
