About the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs

On July 6, 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Geoffrey Onyeama, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Vyacheslav Beskosty on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in that country.

The sides discussed cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and mechanization of agriculture in Nigeria, using Belarusian-made equipment, military-technical and humanitarian spheres.
During the meeting, the diplomats discussed the prospects for exchanging high-level bilateral visits. During the meeting the sides raised the issue of conducting bilateral political consultations.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria, Geoffrey Onyeama, highly appreciated the personal contribution of the Ambassador Vyacheslav Beskosty in the matter of expanding and strengthening the Belarusian-Nigerian relations.
