On the meeting with the Governor of Benue State

On May 24, 2019 as part of Embassy’s work to study possible perspectives for regional cooperation the Ambassador of Belarus in Nigeria Vyacheslav Bril met with the Governor of Benue State S.Ortom.

During the meeting, the Belarusian side held a presentation of the economic potential of the Republic of Belarus. The governor expressed interest in developing cooperation between Benue state and the Republic of Belarus in the field of agriculture and infrastructure. The Belarusian side invited the governor to visit the Republic of Belarus for participation in the international trade fair «BELAGRO-2019» (4-9 June 2019, Minsk). The parties agreed to pursue contacts at the working level.
