Ambassador Bril met the Governor of Kano State

On September 30, 2021, the Ambassador of Belarus to Nigeria Vyacheslav Bril met the Governor of Kano State Dr. Abudllahi Umar Gaduje.

During the meeting the sides discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation in the field of agriculture, energy, medicine and education.

Kano State is the second largest industrial and commercial center in Nigeria (after Lagos) and the largest center in the northern part of the country. The main industries are engaged in the manufacture of textiles, footwear, cosmetics, furniture, pharmaceuticals, soft drinks.

The state has a well-developed agriculture. Kano is the main producer of dairy products, vegetable oils, rice and animal feed in Nigeria.
